Q. FCSインターナショナルとはどんな団体ですか？
A. FCSインターナショナルは、日本人と在日外国人が相互理解を深め、文化・言語・価値観の違いを尊重しながら交流することを目的とした国際交流コミュニティです。
安全で安心できる交流の場を提供し、健全な国際親善の促進を目指しています。
Q. 宗教団体や政治団体ですか？
A. いいえ。FCSインターナショナルは、特定の宗教・政治・思想・営利活動を目的とした団体ではありません。
Q. 出会い（恋愛・婚活）を目的とした団体ですか？
A. いいえ。FCSインターナショナルは、恋愛や婚活を目的とした団体ではありません。
他者への恋愛・交際・性的関係を目的とした接触や勧誘行為は禁止しています。
健全な国際交流・文化交流を目的としたコミュニティです。
会員制度・会費について
Q. 会員になると何ができますか？
A. 会員は、FCSインターナショナルが主催・共催・協力する国際交流イベント、交流会、勉強会、懇親会などの活動に参加できます。
Q. 会費はいくらですか？
A. 会費は以下のとおりです。
- 日本人会員：月額 1,100円（税込）
- 外国人会員：年額 1,000円（税込）
Q. 会費は何に使われますか？
A. 会費は、イベント運営費、会場費、広報費、コミュニティの管理・運営費などに使用されます。
Q. 会費の支払い方法を教えてください。
A. 会費は原則として paypalの定期払い によりお支払いいただきます。
送金や解約手続きは、会員ご自身で行っていただく必要があります。
Q. 会費は返金されますか？
A. いいえ。一度納入された会費は、理由を問わず返金できません。
入会・登録について
Q. 入会するにはどうすればいいですか？
A. 本利用規約に同意のうえ、運営が指定する方法（会員登録フォーム）からお申し込みください。
Q. 誰でも入会できますか？
A. 以下に該当する方は入会できません。
- 反社会的勢力に関係する方
- 他の会員や運営に迷惑・危害を及ぼすおそれがある方
- 過去に除名処分を受けた方
- 虚偽の情報で申込みを行った方
- 保護者の同意を得ていない未成年者
Q. 会員資格は譲渡できますか？
A. いいえ。会員資格は本人のみ有効で、譲渡・貸与はできません。
活動・イベントについて
Q. どんな活動がありますか？
A. 国際交流イベント、文化体験、交流会、勉強会、懇親会などを開催しています。
Q. 活動には必ず参加しなければいけませんか？
A. いいえ。活動への参加は任意です。
Q. 活動中の事故やトラブルが心配です。
A. 活動中に発生した事故・怪我・盗難・紛失などについて、運営は責任を負いません。
会場や運営の指示に従い、自己責任での参加をお願いします。
ルール・禁止事項について
Q. 勧誘や営業行為はできますか？
A. できません。
宗教・政治・営利・投資・ネットワークビジネス等の勧誘や販売行為は禁止しています。
Q. 写真や動画の撮影は自由ですか？
A. 許可なく他の参加者を撮影・録音したり、SNS等に公開する行為は禁止されています。
Q. 迷惑行為があった場合はどうなりますか？
A. 規約に違反した場合、事前通知なく以下の措置を取ることがあります。
- 注意・警告
- 活動参加の停止
- 会員資格の失効・除名
- 必要に応じた法的対応
退会・更新について
Q. 退会したい場合はどうすればいいですか？
A. paypalの定期払いを解除することで、退会手続きが完了します。解除手続きは、会員ご自身で行っていただく必要があります。
Q. 会費を払わなかった場合はどうなりますか？
A. 会費未納が1か月以上続いた場合、会員資格は自動的に失効します。
Q. 会員資格は自動更新されますか？
A. はい。退会手続きを行わない場合、会員資格は自動更新されます。更新を希望されない場合は、会員ご自身で解除手続きをお願いします。
個人情報・記録について
Q. 個人情報はどのように扱われますか？
A. 会員情報は、本会の運営目的の範囲内でのみ利用し、本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません（法令に基づく場合を除きます）。
Q. 活動中に撮影された写真や動画はどうなりますか？
A. 活動中に撮影された記録資料は、広報・運営目的で使用されることがあります。
撮影を希望しない場合は、事前に運営へお知らせください。

About FCS International
Q. What is FCS International?
A. FCS International is an international exchange community that brings together Japanese people and foreign residents to promote mutual understanding and respect for cultural, linguistic, and value-based differences.
We aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment for meaningful international exchange.
Q. Is FCS International a religious or political organization?
A. No. FCS International is not affiliated with any religion, political group, ideology, or commercial organization.
Q. Is this a dating or matchmaking community?
A. No. FCS International is not a dating or matchmaking community.
Approaching or soliciting others mainly for romantic, dating, or sexual purposes is prohibited.
Our community is focused on cultural and international exchange.
Membership & Fees
Q. What can members do?
A. Members can participate in international exchange events, cultural activities, study sessions, and social gatherings organized or supported by FCS International.
Q. How much is the membership fee?
A. The membership fees are as follows:
- Japanese members: ¥1,100 per month (tax included)
- Foreign members: ¥1,000 per year (tax included)
Q. How are membership fees used?
A. Membership fees are used for event organization, venue costs, communication, and overall community operations.
Q. How do I pay the membership fee?
A. Membership fees are paid primarily via paypal recurring payments.
Members are responsible for completing payment and cancellation procedures themselves.
Q. Are membership fees refundable?
A. No. Membership fees are non-refundable for any reason.
Registration & Eligibility
Q. How can I become a member?
A. Please apply through the membership registration form and agree to the Terms of Membership.
Q. Can anyone join?
A. Membership is open to individuals who agree with our Terms.
However, the following persons are not eligible:
- Individuals affiliated with organized crime or anti-social groups
- Individuals who may cause trouble or harm to others
- Individuals previously expelled from the community
- Individuals who applied using false information
- Minors without consent from a legal guardian
Q. Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
A. No. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
Activities & Participation
Q. What kind of activities do you offer?
A. We offer international exchange events, cultural experiences, study sessions, and social gatherings.
Q. Is participation mandatory?
A. No. Participation in activities is optional.
Q. Is there an additional fee to join events?
A. Some activities may require an additional participation fee.
Q. Is FCS International responsible for accidents or losses during activities?
A. No. The administration is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss that may occur during activities or at venues.
Rules & Community Guidelines
Q. Are sales, solicitation, or promotions allowed?
A. No. Solicitation or promotion related to religion, politics, business, investment, or network marketing is prohibited.
Q. Can I take photos or videos during events?
A. Recording or photographing others without permission, or posting such content online, is not allowed.
Q. What happens if someone violates the rules?
A. If a member violates the Terms, the administration may take action without prior notice, including:
- Issuing warnings
- Suspending participation
- Terminating membership
- Taking legal action if necessary
Cancellation & Renewal
Q. How can I cancel my membership?
A. Your membership will be canceled once you cancel your paypal recurring payment.
Please note that the cancellation procedure must be completed by the member personally.
Q. What happens if I do not pay the membership fee?
A. If membership fees remain unpaid for more than one month, your membership will automatically expire.
Q. Is my membership automatically renewed?
A. Yes. Your membership will be automatically renewed unless you complete the cancellation procedure.
If you do not wish to renew your membership, please make sure to cancel the recurring payment yourself.
Privacy & Records
Q. How is my personal information handled?
A. Personal information is used only for community operations and is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Q. Will photos or videos taken during activities be used publicly?
A. Recorded materials may be used for documentation and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the administration in advance.
